All Gigi Jeans pieces are made with care from authentic vintage denim and are individually reworked. Due to the custom nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please double-check sizing carefully using our Size Guide and product descriptions before ordering.

We’re a small independent label and want you to love your piece. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at gigijeansuk@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your name, order number, and a clear photo if applicable.

We do not offer refunds on sale items, tailored pieces, or customised orders. All items are vintage and may feature natural distressing, fading, or unique imperfections — these are part of their charm, not faults.
