At Gigi Jeans, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the information below to understand how our shipping process works for ready-to-ship and 1 of 1 reworked items.

Processing time is separate from shipping time and refers to the time it takes us to prepare your order.
Shipping Options & Costs
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. We use trusted courier services for tracked and secure delivery.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Important Notes
- All Next Day Delivery orders placed on Friday after 1pm or Saturday will be delivered on Tuesday.
- Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
- All orders are shipped from our studio in the UK.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal service disruptions, or incorrect address information.
- If your order contains both ready-to-ship and 1 of 1 items, it will be held and shipped together once all items are ready.
Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe and secure location for delivery. If your address is an apartment or office building, you are responsible for ensuring access and that trusted individuals (e.g. neighbours, reception staff) are available to receive the package. We cannot accept liability for lost or stolen items if the delivery location is unsecured. We recommend choosing an alternative address if you are unsure.
